During this class you will learn about the many different types of gluten free flours and how to use them, the trick for getting the “grit” out of your baked goods, how to convert your old recipes to gluten free, and more!
Bonus: Class attendees will receive a recipe book with over a dozen delicious gluten and dairy free dessert recipes!

Join River Market Community Co-op and Chef Maggie in the kitchen via Zoom to learn what Zoodles are, how to make them, and a simple recipe to go along with them. Zoodles are zucchini that has been spiralized and are a healthy and gluten free alternative to wheat pasta. In this demonstration class you will learn how to make a gluten free and plant based zoodle dish that everyone will enjoy!
On the menu: Mediterranean Zoodles with sun dried tomato cashew cream sauce, olives and artichokes.
