The Paleo diet is gluten, grain and dairy-free and contains no refined sugars. In this class I will teach you how to make exquisite desserts using natural sweeteners and gluten & grain-free flours. A sampling of class options include: almond-orange cake, avocado key-lime pie, chocolate chop cookies and angel food cake.
HEALTHY PLANT-FORWARD MEALS
In this class learn how to create delicious meals that fill your plate with veggies and incorporates animal products either sparsely throughout the dish or leaves them out altogether. Sample Class Menu: Marinated Portobello salad with Goat Cheese & Pear, Hearty Lentil, Tomato & Spinach Stew, Sweet Potato Rice Bowl w/Kale Black Beans & Chimichurri, Wine-Roasted Pears with Coconut Whipped Cream.
