Encourage your employees to eat well to live well!  Corporate Wellness Workshops are designed to bring healthy delicious eating to the forefront of everyone's mind.  These workshops come in a variety of formats including interactive cooking classes, week long veggie challenges, lunch and learns and more.

Interactive Cooking Classes - These can be hosted on-site or remotely via Zoom.  Join Chef Maggie in the kitchen to learn how to fit more veggies into your diet and receive recipes that will keep you fed and satisfied throughout the week.  This is a great option for remote teams via Zoom which can accommodate up to 100 participants.

Team Building Cooking Classes - These classes are done on-site and encourage employees to work together to create a meal that can be enjoyed at the end.  Along the way you will receive cooking instruction, healthy eating tips and more from Chef Maggie!

Lunch & Learn - On site or remote via Zoom.  Choose from a selection of topics for these 1 hour lunch and learn presentations that include a cooking demonstration.  Topics include: Hidden Veggies, Smoothies, Great Grains, Legumes for Longevity, Plant Forward Meals and more! All participants will receive a recipe ebook with healthy recipes that can be made anytime.  On-site presentations will also receive samples of the food created during the class.

Veggie Challenges - Get revved up to compete with your co-workers in this week long veggie challenge!  This is a great option for remote teams! Participants will receive a recipe ebook with 20 healthy and delicious recipes that focus on plant foods (fruits, veggies, grains and legumes) along with two live group calls with Chef Maggie and email support throughout the week.  Share photos of your creations with your teammates, encourage each other to try new recipes and  share your successes at the end of the week.  By the end, you’ll have challenged yourself to make new meals, try new produce and have healthy new recipes that will nourish your body and soul.
