What is the 4-week Fall Produce Recipe Challenge?

In this 4-week challenge, a different piece of seasonal produce will be featured weekly along with five plant-based and gluten-free recipes!  At the end of the 4 weeks you’ll have challenged yourself to make new meals, try new produce and have 20 healthy recipes that will nourish your body and soul.

The challenge starts on on Monday, October 5 at 8:00 am CST.  There will be a live meeting via Zoom each Monday morning and replays will be available afterwards in the Facebook group if you’re not able to make this time.  The live session will be a chance to ask questions, share our successes, and learn from our mistakes.  The recipes for the week will be posted in the Facebook group on Saturday mornings so you have time to do your shopping for the week before the challenge begins!

This challenge includes:

-Weekly recipe eBooks with five plant-based and gluten free recipes, nutritional information and preparation tips.
-Weekly group calls via Zoom and Facebook Live with Chef Maggie to talk about the recipes, bounce ideas off each other, and connect about food.
-Cooking class videos to learn cooking tips, techniques, and recipes.
-Access to the private Recipe Challenge Facebook group to share photos of your recipes, get tips from each other and share ideas.
-Private access to Chef Maggie for the duration of the challenge for recipe help and other cooking related questions.
-BONUS: Signup by September 30th and receive a recipe eBook featuring 10 Plant-Based Smoothies for Autumn.

PRIZES: A drawing for two $15 Amazon gift cards at the end of the challenge. Anyone who registers and shares the event on their Facebook page will get double entries for the gift card drawing.
