These workshops come in a variety of formats including interactive cooking classes, week long veggie challenges, lunch and learns and more.

Whether you are taking gluten out of your diet, wanting to move toward a vegetarian diet or just trying to figure out how to fit more vegetables into your diet, I can help you make that transition. As a chef and health coach, I specialize in helping you build a lifestyle around your food sensitivities that will help you make the transition with ease!
Gluten Freedom Transition Program
Realizing you’re gluten intolerant or getting a celiac diagnosis can be life altering. During this 4-week coaching program you will learn how to transition from a gluten filled to a gluten free lifestyle. This is offered as a group program (4 or more people) or as a 1:1 coaching program.
Personalized Recipes and Meal Prep Plans
Initial assessment and 1-week of easy to follow recipes $49; After initial consult $25/week
We will setup a one-on-one phone assessment to talk about your dietary needs, likes and dislikes, kitchen equipment and level of cooking knowledge. I will prepare a personalized 7-day recipe book and grocery list based on our conversation.
Learning that you have to change your diet can have a profound impact on your life and the time you spend in the kitchen. As a chef and coach I am passionate about empowering people with new dietary restrictions to cook so they can continue to enjoy eating. My expertise lies in plant-forward, gluten-free and dairy-free cooking and baking. Together we will make mutually agreed upon recipes that focus on techniques for cooking gluten & dairy-free, food intolerances or other dietary restricted cooking as identified by the client.
Get a group together and host a cooking class. Cooking classes can be just for fun, educational or a combination of both! I’ll work with the host to come up with a menu, theme or skill they want to work on for the class. In this hands-on cooking class I will teach for 1.5-2 hours in your home or via Zoom. Most classes will provide enough food for a meal, and you’ll get to enjoy what you’ve made at the end of the class.
