Chocolate Date Truffles

Easy, vegan recipe with just 4 ingredients!

Dates Cocoa Powder Dark Chocolate Coconut Oil (optional)

Soak dates in boiling water for 5 minutes to soften.

Combine dates, cocoa powder, and a little soaking water to a food processor.

Process 4-5 minutes or until smooth, scraping down the sides.

Scoop the batter in Tablespoon-sized balls onto a cookie sheet. Freeze for about 10 minutes to firm.

Microwave chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in a bowl for 60 seconds. Stir until smooth.

Roll the balls in your hands to shape and then dip into melted chocolate.

Place back in the freezer for 5 minutes for the chocolate to harden completely and enjoy!
