Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Place all ingredients except the chocolate (or other mix-in) into a blender.
Blend until a smooth batter forms, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure all the oats are incorporated.
Add the chocolate chips to the blended oat mixture.
Pour the batter into a greased ramekin.
Sprinkle on additional chocolate chips.
Bake blended oats for 23 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven.

The oats are ready when the top is light brown and firm.
Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the oats. They're done cooking when the toothpick comes out clean without any crumbs.
The edges of the baked oats will pull away from the ramekin, making it easy to remove if desired.
I do not recommend air-frying or microwaving this oatmeal recipe.
Storage & Reheating: This single serving of baked oats is best when served immediately, but if you have leftovers or prefer to prep in advance, store it in an airtight container in the fridge after it has cooled completely.
