    FAQ

How long is the "day" that I will be working and how much does it cost?

My VA for a Day service is $125 for a 5 hour working block.

My working hours are set from 12 pm to 5 pm Eastern Time.

What should I expect during the consultation call?

The consultation call is a chance for us to see if we're a good fit. Before the call, you'll share your goals.

During the call, we’ll discuss tasks, deliverables, and how I can bring your vision to life. I'll introduce my services, and you can outline your expectations.

By the end, we'll define clear deliverables for your VA for a Day so you feel confident booking.

What should I do before booking VA for a Day?

Before booking VA for a Day please schedule a free consultation call!

From there, prepare a list of tasks or a specific project. If you have examples or templates, email them to me at sarah@alternativedish.com beforehand for a productive discussion.

Before the working day I'll confirm your to-do list, fit it into the 5-hour timeline, and securely receive any logins.

What if I don't want to move forward after the consultation call?

If you feel we're not the right fit after our discussion, that's perfectly fine—there's no commitment!

If you have new ideas or expectations later, we can always chat again. No hard feelings, no matter what!

How does communication work day of?

On the project day, we'll communicate via Google Chat to maximize our time. You don’t need to be at your computer all day, but you should be reachable for questions and updates. We can also switch from Google Chat to Google Meet as needed.

What if the task I want you to complete can be finished in less than 5 hours?

The VA for a Day service is set at 5 hours, so to ensure that I am able to maximize that time and investment, we will discuss what is possible to accomplish during that working time slot.

We will also decide on any extra tasks that I could add on if I finish the project earlier.
