- 4 pieces blackened tofu chopped
- 2 tablespoons diced tomato
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- arugula a handful to lay on top
- microgreens to garnish
Instructions
- Spread an even layer of hummus over a pita.
- Add tomato, red onion, and blackened tofu on top.
- Air fry at 400°F for 7 to 9 minutes or until the pita is crispy.
- Add arugula and microgreens, and enjoy!
Notes
- Hummus - Any flavor of hummus works! I used tomato basil hummus from the local farmer's market, but here is a similar recipe.
- Toppings - Use whatever fresh ingredients you have on hand! Fresh basil, artichoke, bell pepper, and zucchini would make a great veggie pita bread pizza.
